The underlying legal information compiled in the Service (statutes, regulations, etc.) remains in the public domain. Our compilation, organization, and presentation of such information is proprietary.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS, TOGETHER WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY, REPRESENT THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY AND SUPERSEDE ANY PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS AGREEMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PROPOSALS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY.
