Notary Guide is available for Chrome and Firefox. Microsoft Edge is also supported via the Chrome version. Safari support is on our roadmap.

The Free tier works without an account — just install and go. Pro and Signing Agent tiers require an account for billing and to sync your preferences across devices.

Yes. All compliance data is cached locally when you install the extension. You can access guides, fee schedules, and requirements without an internet connection. The extension syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Notary Guide covers 14 notarial services: acknowledgments, jurats, oaths & affirmations, affidavits, depositions, protests, copy certifications, bills in chancery, witnessing, safe deposit box openings, marriage solemnization, eNotarization, remote online notarization (RON), and electronic copy certification.

Compliance data is sourced directly from state statutes and administrative codes. We monitor legislative changes and update the dataset regularly. The extension syncs updates automatically in the background.

All 50 US states. Each state has its own complete compliance dataset including authorized services, fee caps, journal requirements, seal specifications, identification methods, and regulatory authority information.

Open the extension, go to Account Settings, and select your desired plan. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Yes. Cancel from your Account Settings in the extension. You keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
